Do I need prior Pilates experience to join?

No! Our classes accommodate all levels. Group classes have modifications for beginners, and Dani provides personalized guidance. If you’re completely new to Pilates, we recommend starting with a private session to learn proper form and alignment.

What should I bring to class?

For studio classes, bring a water bottle and wear comfortable, breathable clothing. We provide mats and props. For online classes, you’ll need a mat and some space. A yoga block or small pillow can be helpful but isn’t required.

Can I try a class before committing?

Absolutely! We offer a free 30-minute assessment and trial class. This is the perfect opportunity to experience our studio, meet Dani, and determine which class format works best for you.

What if I have an injury or physical limitation?

Dani is trained in clinical Pilates and works with clients recovering from injuries. Let us know about your condition during the assessment, and we’ll create a safe, effective program. Private sessions are ideal for rehabilitation.

How often should I take classes?

For best results, we recommend 2-3 classes per week. However, even one class weekly provides benefits. Consistency matters more than frequency. Many clients combine group classes with occasional private sessions for faster progress.

Do you offer package deals or discounts?
